Biodun Omosaku is the CEO of Barbados Solutions. He is an international consultant. He has worked as a consultant to many organizations both in Nigeria and the rest of the world. He is a seasoned Digital Marketing Expert With Over 10 years real estate consultancy experience. Biodun Omosaku holds a doctorate degree in Cognitive Psychology from ISCOM University, He has over 30 year’s career experience.

Damilare is a seasoned consultant in marketing communications and human capital development with over 20 years’ experience in driving organizational performance. With expertise in HR strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and marketing, Damilare has worked with leading organizations like Guaranty Trust Bank and Ipsos Nigeria. Known for his analytical mindset and passion for growth, he excels in aligning employee engagement with business goals.
Ayodeji Folarin
Executive Director
Ayodeji has over twenty years of organizational experience in professional services, software development, business/system analysis, dashboard reporting, Data warehousing, IT solution services, IT training delivery and Project Management.
Miss. Fadekemi Karunwi
Head of Operation & Admin
Miss. Fadekemi Karunwi is a graduate of Human Resources Management from ISCOM University. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria with over 9 years of experience. She started her career with BOLT and later went on to work with other prominent companies. She is currently the Head of Operation & Admin, Barbados Solutions.
