Module 3: Setting and Monitoring KPIs in Excel (34 Mins)

This is a practical session on Microsoft Excel. This session teaches HR Managers how to use conditional formatting to their advantage. The following shall be addressed:

Setting up performance parameters with Excel

Real-time performance monitoring such that there will be a flag-off on performance e.g. GREEN LIGHT will show for a good performance, an AMBER LIGHT will come up for an average performance and a RED LIGHT will flag off for below-average performance.
